Final Group Project - Dough & GO
For our final project we were tasked with creating a presentation for our business idea Dough & GO, the “cone”venient way to enjoy pizza on the go! It was an excellent exercise in planning out the logistics, and marketing strategy for a new business.
Choice Experiment
In this experiment, we used the addition of a 3rd decoy product to drive consumer interest to our targeted highest revenue model, with a 291% improvement in selection of model 3.
AI Product Development Project
Perceptual Map & Competitor Analysis
In this experiment, we constructed a perceptual map for Liquid Death, then used our consumer profiles to identify an uncapitalized audience and create a campaign targeting them. Additionally, we create a new product that our existing customers would enjoy.
